Former Public Company CEO, Chairman, Entrepreneur, Bestselling Author & High-Performance Culture Builder
The operator behind the coach
Scott White is a former public company CEO and Chairman, entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author, and Wall Street veteran with more than 25 years of experience building, leading, and scaling businesses. As Chairman and CEO, he helped grow the company from approximately $400 million to nearly $2 billion in assets in just three years while building a culture recognized as a Best Place to Work for five consecutive years.
Today, Scott coaches ambitious CEOs and entrepreneurs who want to scale their businesses, build exceptional leadership teams, create high-performance cultures, and become better leaders. His coaching style is energetic, candid, optimistic, and highly accountable. Having sat in the CEO chair himself, Scott understands the pressure, complexity, and loneliness of leadership and helps CEOs focus on the people, decisions, and priorities that will have the greatest impact.
Scott believes extraordinary business performance and an extraordinary life don’t have to compete with each other. He is the Amazon #1 bestselling author of The Life Is Too Short Guy: Strategies to Make Every Day the Best Day Ever and is pursuing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. He combines decades of CEO and capital markets experience with the science of performance and human flourishing to help leaders build bigger businesses, stronger teams, and lives they are excited to live.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. He received his MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a Certified Public Accountant, was admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey, and previously held securities industry FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, and 63.
Scott brings that same philosophy to his own life. He has completed 15 marathons, an Ironman triathlon, and the 29029 Everesting endurance challenge. He is an avid golfer, cyclist, traveler, and passionate sports fan. Most importantly, he is a husband and father of two daughters who believes success is about much more than what appears on a financial statement.
